The management integration will expand the scope of previous cooperative efforts, which were limited to such aspects of operations as development, production and procurement in common business segments - car electronics and home audio, to other existing business segments and facilitate expansion into new domains in addition to reinforcing such business activities as marketing and sales.


The companies plan to grow the car electronics business into a strong profit center by expanding the role of J&K Car Electronics to general product planning, development, design, procurement, manufacturing and sales and ultimately, position the company as an operating company standing shoulder to shoulder with JVC and KENWOOD.


Likewise, in the Home Audio business, all functions of both companies (excluding sales functions) were integrated into JVC in order to increase the profitability.


To make it possible to survive in the digital era, and strive to enhance our competitiveness and profitability, we will allow the corporate base that both companies have built to evolve into a new existing base, and meanwhile, through the addition of synergies resulting from the management integration, we will grow and build corporate value and aim at securing our status as a specialized manufacturer to lead the world.
