Showcasing various medical solutions centering on medical imaging monitors,
applying JVCKENWOOD’s proprietary image and video processing technologies
JVCKENWOOD Exhibits at RSNA2019
JVCKENWOOD Corporation (JVCKENWOOD) will exhibit at Radiological Society of North America 2019 (RSNA2019), to be held from Sunday, December 1 to Thursday, December 5 in Chicago, Illinois.
This year, the JVCKENWOOD booth will feature medical solutions centering on medical imaging monitors, applying JVCKENWOOD’s proprietary image and video processing technologies. These include new additions to the i3 series of medical imaging monitors for picture archiving and communication systems (PACS), designed to improve the efficiency of reading images and provide good harmony with modality devices. In addition, there will be reference exhibits of 12 Megapixel high-resolution, multi-modality medical imaging monitor and the latest version of network performance monitoring software, which has earned a good reputation for its user friendliness.

The CL-S500 (for color images) and the MS-S500 (for monochrome images) as a new lineup of i3 series medical imaging monitors for PACS, which have earned a good reputation, will be exhibited. These models feature a high resolution of five million pixels and a high contrast ratio of 2000:1 for mammography/tomosynthesis images.
The CL-S500 and the MS-S500 deliver crisp images with high contrast and accurate grayscale steps required by mammography/tomosynthesis images. The front of the monitor is covered with a flat glass for a stylish appearance.
In addition, these models are equipped with a reading light for supporting keyboard operation, note-taking and other work in darkrooms.
An optional dual-stand allows for synchronized adjustment of the position and angle of monitors for use with two monitors to suit personal preference, and thus helping radiologists to reduce eye and neck strain while reading images. These models have been developed with the focus on a user-friendly and easy-to-view monitor, as well as a space-saving design, which make them adaptable for use in various work environments.
The reference prototype of PM Medivisor v5 is the latest version of network performance monitoring software. It continuously collects, analyzes and accumulates data on the status of operation of each medical monitor installed in medical environments and provides those data to administrators. Through close interaction with QA Medivisor Agent quality control software solution for medical imaging displays, the PM Medivisor v5 software significantly improves work management and reduces maintenance costs. With its all-new user interface, the new software provides users with a user-friendly experience.

The reference prototype of a new 12-megapixel multi-modality medical imaging monitor, improves the efficiency of image reading among a multiple medical images. It can function as a conventional multi-head monitor, supporting the display of different colors suitable for each type of modality to further improve the efficiency of image reading. The stylish design with grayish-white on the back harmonizes with modality devices.
