JVCKENWOOD Wins the Commendation Award in the Daiwa IR's Internet IR Award 2022 for the Fourth Consecutive Year
Yokohama, December 27, 2022 — JVCKENWOOD Corporation ("JVCKENWOOD") has won the Commendation Award in the Internet IR Award 2022 selected by Daiwa Investor Relations Co. Ltd. ("Daiwa IR") for the fourth consecutive year.
The Internet IR Award is based on the Daiwa IR's concept of "5T&C,"* which positions the Internet as an integral element of corporate investor relations programs. 3,996 listed companies as of June 1, 2022, were surveyed and evaluated for shareholder/investor websites using the Daiwa IR's own criteria. For 2022, 155 companies out of 3,996 listed companies were selected for the awards (10 Grand Prizes, 12 Excellence Awards and 133 Commendation Awards).

In formulating the 2022 evaluation criteria, the scoring items were reviewed in consideration of the discussions at the Disclosure Working Group of the Financial System Council and recent trends in IR sites. Under such circumstances, JVCKENWOOD continued to meet the evaluation criteria set by Daiwa IR in 2022 for the fourth consecutive year, and received the Commendation Award, in which companies with an overall score of 70 points or higher are selected as candidates.
JVCKENWOOD will continue to work to deepen the understanding of its shareholders and investors through the further enhancement of corporate information, including IR information on the company website, and appropriate information disclosure.
