To provide the “Find My Headphones/Earphones” feature
To display the location of headphone/earphone usage on a map application

When the application is running in the foreground or background

While headphones/earphones are in use

Note: If location access is not granted, the “Find My Headphones/Earphones” feature will not be available.

The collected location information is used only for display on map applications and is not transmitted to our company.

The Service explicitly requests user consent for location information collection at the start of use.

Consent is obtained via a confirmation screen that appears when the “Find My Headphones/Earphones” feature is turned ON, where the user can tap the “Agree” button.

Consent is voluntary. Even if declined, some basic functions of the Service will remain available.

Users can stop the collection of location information at any time by:

Turning OFF the “Find My Headphones/Earphones” feature in the app settings

Uninstalling the application

If there are any changes to the types of information collected, purposes of use, or third-party sharing, this Privacy Policy will be updated and users will be notified within the Service.
