Notice on Organizational and Personnel Changes of Operating Company and its Subsidiaries as of December 1
JVC KENWOOD Holdings, Inc. (JVC Kenwood) hereby announces changes in the appointed duties of Directors, organizational changes and a personnel change effective December 1, 2010 as follows.
1. Changes in Appointed Duties of Directors

* Business Continuity Plan (BCP): To develop measures, from various perspectives, on how to continue or reconvene business operations in case of contingency situations such as accidents and disasters.
2. Major Organization Changes
As part of the efforts to develop a business continuity planning (BCP) system, a BCP Department is established under the Strategic Corporate Planning Division.
In addition, a Business Accounting Operation and Group Management Operation are newly established under the Strategic Finance & Accounting Division. The aim is to further enhance integration of financial and accounting functions for group-wide management, implemented effective August 1, and better clarify functions and roles.
