Basic Policy on Factory Security

JVCKENWOOD recognizes the importance of factory system availability in order for us to deliver safe and reliable products, and services to our customers, and the same as the importance of safeguarding the information assets of stakeholders, including customers and group employees. In pursuit of this goal, we define below the basic policy of factory security and hereby declare its implementation.

1. We will establish an organizational structure of factory security control, and implement for appropriate management according to the importance of availability as system continuity and operational safety.
2. We will establish in-house rules in accordance with our basic policy.
3. We will constantly provide all officers and employees with the necessary education and training regarding factory security.
4. We will implement appropriate human, organizational and technical measures to control threats and vulnerability countermeasures to increase factory system availability.
5. We will comply with all laws and industry standards related to factory security.
6. We will continuously review the above activities to respond to new threats and vulnerabilities and strive to maintain and improve our security measures.
